FLEXO TAILOR is a static cutter for medium production and made-to-measure.

Has multi-points knife guiding system for extremely accurate cut on zero buffer nestings,  intelligent knife sharpening system with knife angle digital control and electronic control of digital brushless motors for dynamic and quick response and very high reliability.

Also has Electronic Vacuum Sensor system which optimizes the suction for firmly sealing the layers using the correct pressure and reducing electric power consumption.

It is manufactured in three types.

-T300 cut from single ply up to 3cm compressed layers

-T600 cut from single ply up to 6cm compressed layers

-T800 cut from single ply up to 8cm compressed layers
